Visitor Policy
1. Scope and Application
a. These Visitor Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors to the premises of Interlink Space GmbH, Am Anger 3-5, 82237 Wörthsee, Germany (hereinafter “Provider”).
b. A visitor is any person who is not a contractual user of the coworking space and who enters the premises for business or personal meetings, deliveries, events, or other temporary purposes.
c. By registering as a visitor and entering the premises, the visitor accepts these terms and conditions.
2. Registration and Access
a. All visitors must complete the visitor registration before entering the premises. Registration can be completed via the QR code at the entrance or via the link provided by their host.
b. Visitors are only permitted to access the premises during regular opening hours and must be met and supervised by their host (an authorized user or employee) at all times.
c. Visitors must be able to identify themselves with a valid government-issued ID upon request by Provider staff.
d. The Provider reserves the right to deny access to visitors without prior registration or without a confirmed host.
3. Permitted Use and Conduct
a. Visitors may only access areas for which they have been explicitly authorized by their host. Access to offices, storage rooms, technical facilities, and other restricted areas is prohibited without express permission.
b. Visitors are not permitted to use workstations, IT equipment, printers, or other infrastructure of the Provider or its users without prior authorization.
c. Guest Wi-Fi access may be provided upon request to coworking staff. Use of the network must comply with applicable laws. Activities such as hacking, port scanning, distribution of malicious software, or illegal downloads are strictly prohibited.
d. The use of the premises for any unlawful purpose is prohibited.
4. Confidentiality
a. Visitors must treat as strictly confidential all information about users, their companies, and their business activities that becomes known to them during their visit. This includes business secrets, customer data, technical information, financial data, and personal information.
b. Visitors may not disclose, record, photograph, or otherwise make accessible such confidential information without the prior express consent of the affected party.
c. This confidentiality obligation continues after the visit has ended.
5. Photography and Recording
a. Photography, video recording, and audio recording on the premises are only permitted with the prior consent of all persons affected and the Provider.
b. Visitors wishing to take photographs or recordings must obtain explicit permission from their host and any other persons who may be captured.
6. Liability and Damages
a. The Provider assumes no liability for loss, theft, or damage to visitors’ personal belongings unless caused by the Provider’s intent or gross negligence.
b. Visitors are liable for any damage they cause to the premises, equipment, or property of the Provider or its users through intent or negligence.
c. The Provider’s liability for damages is limited to cases of intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, limb, or health, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
7. Data Protection
a. The Provider processes visitors’ personal data (name, contact details, company, visit purpose, date/time) in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
b. The legal basis for processing is the Provider’s legitimate interest in maintaining security and access control (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
c. Visitor data is stored for a period of 3 years for security and compliance purposes, then deleted.
d. Visitors have the rights under the GDPR, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

8. Final Provisions
a. These Visitor Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
b. If individual provisions prove to be invalid, the remainder of these terms shall remain valid.
